About Artwork
白い体に美しい斑点を持ったユキヒョウは「力と忍耐の象徴」とされています。
今回はそんな“力の象徴と言われる強い生き物でもゆっくり息抜きする時間は大切”というイメージで描きました。
最近力が入りすぎているという人も少なくはないかと思います。
私も色々と意識し、毎日考え込んで動いていると限界が来て何度か病院にお世話になったことがあります。
その時になって初めて「もっと休憩をとっていればよかった」「健康に気を遣えばよかった」と後悔しました。
みなさまも無理をせず、ゆっくりできるのであればたまには精神と体を休ませてみてもいいかもしれません。
