When I was a student, there was a time when it was very hard for me to paint because I cared too much.

「こんな絵誰も見ないかも」
There are people who don't like my world. But there are also those who say, "I love it.
例え誰にも見られなかったとしても自分が満足する絵を描こう。当時もそう思いました。
信号機は青は進め、赤は止まれ、と決まっています。
ですが今回の絵では光に当てると輝く虹色のランプにしました。
自分の人生、誰かに「止まれ」「今は進め」と言われて従う必要はないと思います。
自分の好きな時に進み、たまにはゆっくり止まってもいいんです。
